How did the Low Pressure Fitness appear?
The hypopressive technique was taught in Belgium by Marcel Caufriez.
Initially, it was used as a tool for perineal rehabilitation of women.
then, in Spain, Tamara Rial and Piti Pinsach took up this technique and created a fitness program for women and men to tone their bodies in its entirely while respectiongit: they call it Low Pressure Fitness.
How does it work?
This training associates the basics of the hypopressive technique, the myofascial stretching and neurodynamics.

About Julie Vernier,
State certified physiotherapist, certified in Low Pressure Fitness
Graduated in massage-physiotherapy in Brussels in 2004 (ISEK), I worked for several years in rehabilitation centers in France (trauma, neuro, ortho). I also specialize in autogenous drainage to treat infant bronchiolitis. Mother of 3 children and expatriate for the next 10 years, I decided to train again in manual lymphatic drainage (DLM Leduc) as well as in Low Pressure Fitness (LPF). As a woman, I felt concerned about the lack of support for my postpartum rehabilitation abroad. This is how I got involved in the Low Pressure Fitness method suitable for both women and men.
