Quality of life and well-being

Breathe better, Tone up better, Relax better to Live better

Breathe better

Awareness and control of your breathing will impact your well-being and your stress level. Here is a non-exhaustive list of reasons to breathe well

Improved heart rate variability

Deep breathing increases this variability (interval between heartbeats) in healthy subjects. However, low variability increases the risk of heart attack.

Reduced stress level

Shortness of breath is often associated with a state of stress. It is then the sympathetic nervous system that is at stake.
Deep breathing, by controlling your parasympathetic nervous system, allows your body to regain balance and release itself from its state of flight, of stress.

Decreased anxiety and negative emotions

When we are subject to a panic attack or in a state of intense stress (before an exam, before a speech in front of a large audience or other), the breathing becomes short, gasping and sometimes uncontrollable.
Regaining control, in the calm and depth of your breathing, then allows you to apprehend more serenely the situation that you have to face.

Reduction in blood pressure

Breathing slowly and deeply for a few minutes a day helps reduce blood pressure. This helps temporarily dilate blood vessels.

Tone up better

In addition to improving your appearance, toning up will allow you to correct your posture, increase your energy, give you more self-confidence and of course prevent certain diseases...
In short, your quality of life can only be better!

Health

The reduction in fat mass and the weight loss generated by toning are beneficial for:
- your overall health,
- your heart,
- your joints
- your musculoskeletal system.

Strength, energy and flexibility will be your assets to reduce any risk of heart disease, but also diabetes for example.

Posture

Mental well-being

Some people feel so sedentary that they don't consider taking up sports such as swimming, running or whatever. Out, with a toned, energized and healthy body, then your stamina will progress and then you can enjoy life more.
Regular physical activity (toning, cardio exercises, endurance) brings better self-esteem and a lower state of stress. Feel free to jump in if you haven't already!
