POSTPARTUM RECOVERY

During pregnancy, we can observe:

 - the appearance of diastasis,

 - hypotonia of the pelvic floor,

 - pelvic organ prolapse (POP),

 - hernias,

 - muscle tension due to imbalances,

 - pains.

During pregnancy, the stomach (abdominal) muscles stretch a lot and often suffer from a loss of strength.

Therefore, it is important to strengthen them after childbirth.
